What is Gospel AF?

Ad Finem (Ad FEE-num) is the latin word for “To The End.” It is a phrase that was often used in reference to battle, implying a willingness to keep fighting until you die. It means, giving everything until you have nothing left to give.

Gospel AF means Good News to the very end! The love which God has for us goes all the way. It persists through to eternity. It gives everything until there is nothing left to give. It is grace and love that persists beyond our smallest and even our most egregious sins and imperfections. It is an expression of absolutely perfect love. Even if we kill Him, He breathes forgiveness with His last breath, and raises from the dead with only love in His heart for us. Gospel AF embraces the fact that in the absence of condemnation, enduring love is the only water left to us to swim in. We are all loved with a surpassing passion with no boundaries, no limits, no qualifications.

We are absolved AF.

We are justified AF.

We are sanctified AF.

We are loved AF.

We have come to know and have believed the love which God has for us. God is love, and the one who remains in love remains in God, and God remains in him.

The vision of Gospel AF is to boldly herald and unleash the pure message of God’s radical grace through simple faith in Christ alone, fueling lives of joy, gratitude and freedom from religious striving.

Mission

GospelAF exists to defiantly uphold and unleash the pure gospel message across all spheres of life and ministry. We reject any works-based additions that diminish Christ’s finished work and enduring love for us, instead fueling lives of worship, human flourishing, and liberated celebration of God’s lavish grace through faith in Jesus. Our defiant joy in the gospel exposes and subverts religious bondage, igniting diverse expressions of thankfulness and creative intersections of God’s glory with human dignity.

Our aim is to promote the creation and flourishing of communities of gospel astonishment, gathered around the wonder of the passion of God’s great great love for us. We do this not only by providing content such as writing and audio-visual material, but also through finding and supporting communities grounded in gospel astonishment.
